We communicate with and support parents all the time. Manarat Al Madinah International Schools have established the Parents Support Centre which is available from Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

لأولياء الأمور دور مهم في التنمية التعليمية والشاملة لأطفالهم، وما يتعلمه الأطفال في غرفة الصف ويجب أن يدعمه الآباء.نحن في مدارس منارات المدينة العالمية نؤمن بالمشاركة الفاعلة لأولياء الأمور مع الهيئات التعليمية بمدرستنا للعمل معًا لدعم وتحسين تعلم طلابنا وتطويرهم ورعايتهم.وتُظهر الأبحاث أن مشاركة أولياء الأمور في المدارس ترتبط ارتباطًا وثيقًا بسلوك الطلبة نحو الأفضل، وتساعدهم على الإنجاز الأكاديمي، وتعزيز المهارات الاجتماعية.ونعمل أيضًا على تقديم العديد من الفرص للآباء بالحضور إلى المدرسة وتقديم الدعم التطوعي في مختلف الأحداث المجتمعية والثقافية، ويلعب الآباء دورًا محوريًّا في نجاح هذه الأحداث عندما يجلبون معهم تجاربهم الاجتماعية والمهنية المختلفة
تشكيل مجلس الآباء والأمهات
نؤكد في مدارس منارات المدينة العالمية أن جميع أولياء الأمور أعضاء في مجتمع معارف للتعليم بما لهم من حقوق، ولكن حرصًا على تنفيذ المهام وتحديد الاختصاصات فإن مجموعة أساسية من المتطوعين وأعضاء فريق الإدارة المدرسية يكرسون وقتهم وجهدهم لتنظيم الأحداث وقيادة المبادرات لصالح جميع الطلبة وأولياء الأمور والموظفين في المدرسة، ويجتمعون على أساس منتظم على مدار العام، للمساعدة في تعزيز الشعور بالمجتمع وتشجيع مشاركة الوالدين، ويتم تشكيل مجلس للآباء بداخل كل مرحلة تعليمية على النحو التالي:
اختصاصات المجلس
نوفر في مدارس منارات المدينة جوًا من الشفافية والاحترام والمسؤولية، ونفتح الباب لكي يكون الآباء على اطلاع دائم بدور المدرسة والتوأمة الحقيقة كشركاء نجاح، وقد تم وضع عدد من الاختصاصات لمجلس الآباء وهي:
المشاركة في وضع خطة متكاملة لتحقيق أهداف المدرسة
معاونة المدرسة في تذليل الصعوبات والمشكلات التعليمية والطلابية وإبداء الرأي فيها
يتابع المجلس ما يقوم به رائد كل فصل من أعمال
الخدمات التي تقدم من أولياء الأمور
يعمل مجلس الآباء بمدارس منارات المدينة على تقديم المشورة لقادة العمل الميداني في المدارس، وينقل ما تقوم به المدارس إلى أولياء الأمور الآخرين، ويطل�� ولي الأمر على درجات اختبارات الطلبة وسجلات الحضور والانصراف واستطلاعات أولياء الأمور ويساهم في تقديم الدعم في الجوانب التي تحتاج إلى ذلك.
سياسة التعامل مع شكاوى واقتراحات أولياء الأمور
نحن نؤمن أن الآباء هم الشركاء الأكثر أهمية في تعليم الطفل ونعلم أن المدارس تجني مكاسب كبيرة من خلال الاستفادة بدعمهم ومن المؤكد أن مثل هذه العلاقات تتطلب الكثير من العمل من قبل المعلمين وأولياء الأمور.
عزيزي ولي الأمر أنت مدعو لحضور اللقاء الأول لاجتماع أولياء الأمور في شهر أكتوبر (سيتم الإعلان عن التاريخ) وكذلك اللقاء الثاني من الفصل الدراسي الثاني في شهر فبراير ، ستكون أمامك فرصة لمقابلة الآباء الجدد، وكذلك بالنسبة لنا للتعرف عليك شخصيًا.

Parents’ Gateway
Parents have an important role in the comprehensive educational development of their children. They are expected to support at home what their children learn at school.
We at Manarat Al-Madinah International School believe in the active participation of parents with our school staff to work together to support and improve students’ learning, academic growth and character-building..
Research shows that the participation of parents in schools is directly apportionate to students’ behavior towards the best and helps them achieve academic excellence, in addition to fostering social skills.
We also provide as many opportunities as possible for parents to attend school to volunteer support in various societal and cultural events as parents play a vital role in the success of these events when they bring along their different social and professional experiences.
Parents’ Council
We at Manarat Al-Madinah International Schools affirm that all parents are important members of at the Maarif community of schools.
To fulfill the tasks and assign responsibilities, a basic group of parent volunteers and members of the school administration team devote their time and effort to organize events and lead initiatives for the benefit of all students, parents, and staff at school. They meet regularly throughout the year, to help foster a sense of community and encourage parental involvement. At Manarat Al-Madinah International Schools, we offer an atmosphere of honesty, respect, and responsibility. We also open the doors for parents to be always aware of the role of the school community to ensure they are our partners of success. Therefore, some terms of references have been established for the Parents’ Council:
Participate in developing an integrated plan to achieve the school goals
Help the school to overcome challenges related to academic matters and offer them opportunities to share their feedback.
Follow up with each classroom teacher on the academic and social progress of students
Parents’ Voice
The Parents’ Council at Manarat Al-Madinah International Schools provides advice to all stakeholders and communicate with them on a regular basis to discuss the schools’ academic achievements, as well as some challenges and opportunities to overcome them. Surveys and regular questionnaires capture the voice of parents which is given equal importance to other members of the community in determining the schools’ priorities.
Parents’ Complaints and Suggestions Policy
We believe that parents are the most important partners in a child’s education and we know that schools reap significant gains and benefit a lot from parents’ support. Such relationships certainly require a lot of positive work from both teachers and parents.
Parents are invited to attend a series of Parent-Teacher Meetings throughout the year to orient them about the affaires of the school and to ensure they are updated regarding their children’s progress.
MMIS community members gladly offer their help at all times and answer parents’ queries, via all communication channels such as website, social media and emails.
